The Howlong Football & Netball Club, nicknamed the Spiders, is an Australian Rules Football & Netball Club playing in the Hume League.

The football club was formed in 1898 and for the first few years of their existence played in the Chiltern and District League, then moved to the Hume League in 1953.

The Spiders continue to be a powerhouse club in the Hume League and are highly regarded as a family oriented organisation.

The Howlong Spiders Football and Netball Clubs are constantly looking for new junior and senior players as well as volunteers to strengthen and support the club.

Alternatively feel free to drop into our weekly training nights at the Howlong Oval (Hawkins St). Training takes place Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6.00pm onwards.
